Very conveniently located. Comfortable and very clean rooms, with darkening curtains AC and heater. Loved their delicious coffee and the cookies from the onsite bakery Everybody in their staff was very helpful and very professional. What I love the most: excellent service at affordable price.
Recently remodeled. Clean outside and inside the rooms. Clean beds, sheets and floors were also new. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Stood one night because of a Dr. appointment I had. We were all pleased and comfortable staying here. Hot water at all times but the only small issue was that there was weak water pressure when taking showers and water was also not draining well. I still give them a 5 star because staff did all they could to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. I will still recommend.
The hotel is great and the restaurant has great food and great prices. Staff members at Hotel and restaurants offer a very high and attentive service! The pool, rooms and hotel is very clean and safe. With Pharmacies, Gas Station and more restaurants within walking distance. Thank you all staff for making out family stay a good one to remember. We will definitely be back to this hotel! Great job to all!!!
The walls are thick the rooms are clean and uncomplicated. The car was safe because there's a lot of staff and security. The staff was amazing. Everyone speaks English if you don't speak Spanish and the restaurant is some of the best breakfasts I have had in a long while. Try the fruit/yogurt, French toast was the best I've ever had in my life, and try the more traditional Mexican food too. It was really good and I'm a cook. Oh and the coffee/latest were really a treat too. There's also a pool for a family friendly space.
Hotel is located in a great zone around so many convenient places ,restaurants and 3 oxxos. Easy to move around.Rooms are really clean and quiet, we will definitely stay here again.
Rooms are very clean, everyone is friendly and polite. You pretty much have everything here, pharmacy, barber ,small store for snacks and there are good taco stands all around.You also have great restaurants near by. I would definitely come back. I’ve stayed in nicer hotels but customer service was horrible and that makes a huge difference.
This is a nice hotel in a very convenient area. Everything is nearby, and prices are reasonable. The room is what you would expect for the price. The personnel was very attending and helpful. I will come back here on my next visit.
Very nice rooms. Simple yet high quality. I got the master suite, which I recommend. The water pressure is a little low than usual but fine. I wish they had a bigger elevator, but other than that it is a pretty good hotel
